About the role

This position is for an entry-level professional in Customer Data Management, who compiles customer service data and customer problems conducts statistical analysis and develops recommendations for corrective procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Coordinator, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

  • Contract and work order creation in SAP and Salesforce according to SOP and policies
  • Responsible for account receivable (AR) process
  • Support end to end payment processes, from billing to payment collection from customers
  • Support Banker\'s Guarantee, Insurance and Security Deposit Application
  • Manages subcontractor and vendor invoicing and delivery processes, from PR creation to good receipts and invoicing
  • Support Account Managers and Planners with monthly KPIs report and dashboards
  • Partner with Service Manager & Service Operations Lead for technician timesheet consolidation and reporting
  • Monthly consolidation of technician\xe2\x80\x99s allowances and incentives
  • Support account managers in renewal processes such as quotation submission
  • Managing of operations assets/fleet such as vehicles leasing and maintenance coordination
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in HVAC/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
  • Familiar with SAP, SCDF and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
