RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of service coordinators and accountable for AR collections, parts ordering and movement, invoicing matters.
• Coordinate and schedule with customer for the execution of service jobs
• Work closely with service team, assign and schedule jobs for servicemen to ensure smooth service operations
• Open Service Requests and Order Preventive Maintenance (PM) Parts for the following month PM
• Prepare backlog forecast and ensure all jobs are planned and scheduled
• Liaise with inter-department to expedite on spare parts
• Coordinate with supplier, sub-contractor and raise purchase requisition accordingly
• Prepare shipment/DN related documents for incoming/outgoing goods eg DHL etc
• Receiving/returning of spare parts from/to warehouse
• Follow up on service order back order parts with Buyer
• Tracking on completed jobs - No submission / PO issues
• Weekly review with Service Manager on forecasted jobs
• Attend internal/external meetings as and when required
• Process department\xe2\x80\x99s miscellaneous needs order
• Handle administration related matters for service team/jobs
• Any other duties assigned by service manager

• Diploma in Business Administration/Finance/Customer Service/Logistics
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Engineering industry and leading a team
• Dynamic and is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and have the ability to work independently
