Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive problem-solving efforts through design interventions, including planning, facilitation, and execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Structure methodologies within the design team and guide junior designers in planning, facilitation and execution of workshops and other design interventions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate closely with business users to redesign their frontend and backend service journeys. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop tools, guides, and training materials to empower the Board\'s staff to apply research, design and testing in their day-to-day problem-solving processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research to understand customer needs, translate insights into concepts, and test ideas through prototyping. \xe2\x80\xa2 Where applicable, work with vendors to achieve project outcomes.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in service design, with proficiency in contemporary design tools, both physical and digital (such as Miro and Figma). \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in building capability in research and design within an organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate an owner\'s mindset and takes the initiative to make things happen. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working on complex projects within financial institutions, service delivery entities, or leading consultancies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in designing for both digital and analog services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design and conduct discovery and ideation workshops with stakeholders to facilitate the design process effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable in utilising diverse research methods and synthesising insights and data to drive informed design decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate design concepts, decisions, and trade-offs compellingly to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to secure buy-in. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, valuing diverse perspectives and backgrounds. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to provide research and design guidance to the team and developing strategies to integrate research and design into day-to-day problem-solving. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
