Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering;
- With one year work related experience;
- With knowledge in refrigeration and air-conditioning system, installation and servicing is an advantage;
- Willing to do field work;
- Willing to be assigned/reliably commute in Koppel Davao branch;
- Amenable to start ASAP.
- Inspects, evaluates and repairs aircon products: WAC, PAC, VRF.
- Accomplish and maintains repair documents.
- Gather evaluates all documents/reports nationwide.
- Conducts customer and dealer visit.
- Evaluate aircon installations of Service Dealers and Installers.
- Assists in counter and field servicing.
- Assists in the KASD training activities.
- Performs physical inventory of repaired and unrepaired units.
- Provides technical assistance to service dealers and installers.
- Checks warranty rebates of assigned service dealer.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
- Monitors parts requisitions and evaluates replaced defective parts.
- Evaluates and monitors service quality reports.
- Conducts disposal of defective parts.
- Records market quality and analyze market trends.
- Prepares/presides service meeting with the factory.
- Monitors operation of assigned KASD.
