Job Description

Overview:

• Perform on-site service (Site supervision, installation & commissioning, troubleshooting, inspection, preventive maintenance, training) for JBT FoodTech machineries
• Provide technical support to customer and JBT internal
• Work closely with relevant JBT departments to assure good communication from the customer to JBT.
• Ensure site activities in compliance with JBT Safety Policies and Guidelines

• Execute assigned project and service job on timely manner, budget, technical standard and meet customer's expectation.
• Provide technical support to customer and JBT internal
• Any other jobs as to be assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Control engineering
• Minimum 5 years professional experience as Service Engineer; preferably in Food processing industry.
• Good troubleshooting skill and a solid technical knowledge both electrical and mechanical including background in PLC, control circuit wiring, Electro-pneumatic systems, PID controller and programing (will be advantage)
• Good coordination and leading skills
• Site Supervision
• Able to travel (85%), work at flexible hours and be away from home for extended period as the job may require.
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential
• Computer literacy – able to operate Ms. Windows XP, Ms. Office and other related computer programs would be advantage
• Possess car driving license and own car will be preferable
