Description
Salary: up to $3500 basic + Transport allowance : S$750 (without car) / S$1,200 (with car) per month + $110 mobile allowance
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office hours
Location: Bugis
:
- Check whether all instruments sold are functional before delivery;
- Ensure all instruments sold are properly installed and commissioned for usage;
- Attend to service calls from customers;
- Make appointment to assess faulty instrument on-site or arrange to transport faulty instrument back to assess in-house if required;
- Prepare and send quotation for repairs or made warranty claim for repairs;
- Monitor spare parts usage and exercise control on stock level;
- Make arrangement to repair faulty instrument on-site or arrange to transport instrument back after repairs in-house if required;
- Ensure all Preventive Maintenance are performed as scheduled for instruments under warranty or service contract;
- Propose service contract for instruments sold.
