: Responsibilities: * Service contracts tracking : * Assist Service Manager in generating service contract quotes. * Maintain service contract records in SAP, Oracle and Excel. * Activate Service Manager when service con : Responsibilities: Service contracts tracking : Assist Service Manager in generating service contract quotes. Maintain service contract records in SAP, Oracle and Excel. Activate Service Manager when service contract has expired. Upload and organize contract documents in Sharepoint. Follow up on customer queries on contracts. 2. Service Report and service billing tracking: Key in Engineer's service reports into SAP, Oracle. Generate and submit quotation and invoices based on service reports. Via email, AP Direct. Track outstanding jobs and activate Engineers when purchase orders are received. Generate monthly summary of Engineer's service reports. Follow up on customer queries on quotations and invoices. 3. Machines tracking: Maintain record of installed machines in SAP, Oracle and Excel. Maintain PM schedule of installed machines. 4. Spare parts tracking: Raise purchase of spare parts. Track purchases and send chaser when necessary. Count and receive spare parts into inventory. Trigger Service Manager when parts are running low in inventory. Ensure physical stock and inventory system records tally. 5. Vendors management Raise payment to vendors. Maintain record of calibrated instruments and send for calibration when due.
