Responsibilities:
- Service contracts tracking :
- Assist Service Manager in generating service contract quotes.
- Maintain service contract records in SAP, Oracle and Excel.
- Activate Service Manager when service contract has expired.
- Upload and organize contract documents in Sharepoint.
- Follow up on customer queries on contracts.
- Key in Engineer's service reports into SAP, Oracle.
- Generate and submit quotation and invoices based on service reports. Via email, AP Direct.
- Track outstanding jobs and activate Engineers when purchase orders are received.
- Generate monthly summary of Engineer's service reports.
- Follow up on customer queries on quotations and invoices.
- Maintain record of installed machines in SAP, Oracle and Excel.
- Maintain PM schedule of installed machines.
- Raise purchase of spare parts. Track purchases and send chaser when necessary.
- Count and receive spare parts into inventory.
- Trigger Service Manager when parts are running low in inventory.
- Ensure physical stock and inventory system records tally.
- Raise payment to vendors.
- Maintain record of calibrated instruments and send for calibration when due.
- Min Diploma or Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain related
- Min 2 years of working experience
- Able to start immediate or on short notice
- Located in Jurong/ Buona Vista
