Job Description

To carry out the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Auxiliary and Homeland systems at clients' premises, according to service level agreement, maintenance contract or warranty certificate.1. Key Responsibilities1.1. Regularly checks the Open-source Ticket Request System (OTRS) for clients concerns, and creates and accomplishes the Service Job Order (SJO).1.2. Conducts preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting works for the various products of the company wherever deployed.1.3. Receives and executes the directions/instructions from immediate superiors on itinerary and priority open tickets.1.4. Creates clients data base on the OTRS, if needed.1.5. Identifies, requests, and obtains materials and/or tools that are needed for repair, and/ or maintenance.1.6. Attempts to resolve issues thru phone support using FAQ method, and closes this if successfully addressed.1.7. Coordinates with client for the implementation of SJOs.1.8. Conducts thorough troubleshooting of equipment and systems, and performs the corresponding solution to correct error.1.9. Reports and escalates to immediate superiors conditions beyond scope or authority for proper disposition.1.10. Reports and recommend solutions to major problems and concerns.1.11. Performs preventive maintenance to systems such as CCTV, Door Access, Alarm System, Homeland Security, and other building monitoring systems.1.12. Responds to the request from Project Implementation Department to perform project commissioning and testing.1.13. Responds promptly to the direct calls of clients concerning services.1.14. Ensures availability and efficiency including proper calibration of tools and equipment that are needed in servicing.1.15. Examines and test equipment and materials as against the material requests prior to receipt, and coordinates any discrepancy.1.16. Generates service job order reports, and other systems monitoring report that may be deemed by immediate superiors.1.17. Secures clients acknowledgement upon completion of the SJO, and furnishes the client with a copy of the same.1.18. Coordinates and gets advises from Sales and Marketing Department for other concerns that may not be included in the service level agreement. Provides sound technical inputs for these concerns.1.19. Ensure proper use of tools and equipment, safekeeping, and return to the warehouse/inventory control.1.20. May be tasked to write/create a manual for proven techniques in resolving systems issues.1.21. Performs other tasks that may be required by the immediate superiors.2. Minimum Qualifications Education : College graduate in Engineering preferablyElectronics or Electrical, Technical or vocational course is acceptable. Experience : Preferably has at least one (1) year of experiencein service field work dealing with of electronic equipment.3.
