To better serve our customers and maintain strong relations with them, we are looking for a customer-oriented team player to join our team.Omega Scientific Pte Ltd is committed to providing comprehensive after-sales service support to our customers. This includes installation and commissioning, training of operations procedures, applications support, troubleshooting of instruments, repairs, and instrument validation in compliance with recognized standards. We have our own in-house laboratory facilities to provide applications support and selected calibration services for customers.Service EngineerJob Responsibilities: To perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing a range of analytical instruments. To provide technical and applications support to end-users of analytical and medical instruments. To calibrate instruments according to standardized procedures. To work with sales staff for equipment installation To work closely with Service Manager to plan and schedule tasks in accordance to the needs of the customer.Job Requirements: Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Applicants with Higher NITEC with experience will also be considered. Relevant working experience in instrumentation will be an advantage.
