Job Tittle: Service Engineer - Modality & IT Solutions Job Summary: Provide Technical and after sales support for medical equipment Perform Services/repairs and maintenance for equipment Support Sales and Marketing policies and events Perform Installation of new equipment Job Responsibilities: . Provide technical support for medical equipment and imaging instruments including magnetic resonance, endoscopy, mammograms, digital radiography, computed radiography. . Handling of phone enquiry and support for customers during office and after office hours. . Attending to daily service requests, breakdowns, service support to marketing. . Provide training for customers on the application knowledge and interpretation of images . Support Sales and Marketing Dept for organizing, preparation and standby for workshops, events and surgery procedures, seminars, exhibition . Proposing and encouraging customers to sign up our service contract. . Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical equipment under Maintenance contract . Coordinate with customer and site preparation for installation of new medical equipment . Knowledge of DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine), a standard for Medical Imaging and related information (ISO 12052) Knowledge of HL7 (Health Level Seven) standards for the exchange, integration of electronic health information. . Required to handle RIS (Research Information Systems) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication system), a medical imaging technology which provides storage and convenient access to images from multiple modalities . Required to install, configure and manage Basic Server infrastructure and Networking, Windows and Window Server Operating Systems in the IT aspect . Required to set up test environment to understand the system . Any ad-hoc projects as per assigned by the management . Available immediately or short-notice will an advantage. Job requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 3 years of service engineer experience in relevant industry.
