Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. Responsible for implementing client requirements, including technical queries and spare part inquiry. Coordinate the activities among functional departments on standardization of procedures and process to ensure servicing run smoothly. General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with engineers or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem and determine proper solutions. Provide technical support to existing and new client effectively. Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment. Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities. Handle pre and post administrative work. Scheduling and preparation of permits for the service jobs. Handle Warranty and Quality Claims between Customer and Factories. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Service Engineer). Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Service Technician) Min 2-4 years' experience in service, installation, site commissioning related. Familiarity with compressed air systems is an advantage. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills coupled with minimum sales/marketing skills. Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well in both team and individual work settings. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to relate findings and solutions effectively to customers and the team. Valid Class 3 Driving License. Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are welcomed to apply.
