Facilitate and resolve customers' technical and quality issues to closure through proactive and effective communication. Establish detailed records for documentation and maintain feedback on-field issues to Service Management. Develop and secure new clients and maintain good relationships with customers. Travel to customer locations and help them to solve their problems with the company's products and services. Responsible for all conceptual design, mechanical design, cost control, fabrication parts Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabrication, building, assembly and installing components Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!
