Job Description
Service Engineer will be responsible for good customer service and support. Responsibilities: Required to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on security equipment Required to read circuit diagrams, service and repair faulty equipment Ensure the quality and timeliness of service support to customers Requirements: Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC / ITE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Positive attitude, independent and enjoy field work. Problem-solving skills and enjoy troubleshooting tasks Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Preferred minimum two years of relevant working experience in technical service support in CCTV equipment Able to work independently with minimum supervision Fresh school leavers or mid-career applicants are welcome to apply Remuneration package includes basic salary, overtime payments and other allowances (if applicable).
