Provide daily support to customer in the run and maintain of Yokogawa delivered systems/ solutions a.Liaising with customer b.Remote Technical Support via emails, telephone or other communications 1. Provide daily support to customer in the run and maintain of Yokogawa delivered systems/ solutions a.Liaising with customer b.Remote Technical Support via emails, telephone or other communications means c.Onsite Support and Troubleshooting (Including site coordination work) d.Routine Maintenance Work e.Liaising with local vendors and internal technical teams 2. Act as functional consultant to customers 3. Provide standby support 4. Any other tasks assigned by the managers in relation to the run and maintain of Yokogawa delivered systems/ solutions 5. Response to emergency call and service request from customers 6. Perform 24 hours standby for Emergency Call (rotation basis)
