Service Engineer - East Area (Bedok) Job description: . Provide technical & servicing solutions to industrial equipment & system for manufacturing, construction, petrochemical & marine sector etc . Service Engineer - East Area (Bedok) Job description: . Provide technical & servicing solutions to industrial equipment & system for manufacturing, construction, petrochemical & marine sector etc . Interact with customers pertaining to enquiries and follow-up actions . Working with a team of sales, technicians in planning & providing solutions. . Manage customers service contract and commercial negotiations . Knowledge and ability to maintain data base of customers, updating records and information efficiently & effectively . Knowledge and ability to maintain data base of equipment parts, service and trouble-shooting manual and apply the technical procedure effectively . Knowledge and experience in general component parts sourcing, prepare quotation, work order and invoices . Follow up, make schedule and liaise with customers to ensure timely service . Any other duties and assignment as required Requirements: . Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering discipline . Minimum 1-2 years' experience in industrial equipment sales or related industry . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic and most importantly, possess a passion for customer service and technical know-how. . Good problem solving, negotiation and communication skills and client management skills are essential. . Candidate experience from related industries would be an advantage . Able to use Microsoft program, excel, word etc. . Technical & job training will be provided
