Job Description
Service Engineer (Tuas South / 5days)
The Service Engineer will be based at IQIP\xe2\x80\x99s Tuas office and reports to the Service and Workshop Manager of IQIP.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of IQIP equipment (rental fleet and customer equipment)
- Assist with loading and offloading of equipment
- Operates the overhead cranes and drives the forklift
- After a proper introduction period, onsite trouble shooting may be required
- In due course able to work offshore to operate the equipment
- Hands on, flexible and inventive, willingness to learn and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
The successful candidate must be experienced in the field of, repair and maintenance in a highly technical environment, with the following qualifications: Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant working experience
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to write reports, and work in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Service and customer-oriented
- Able to travel at short notice
