You just found it.To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Healthcare environments.Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation, commisioning including IQ, OQ, calibration, validation and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge\'s protocol.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company\'s established procedures, techniquest, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
• Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
• Responding to customers\' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply.
• Possess multiple skills in the areas of PLCs\', electricity, electronics, and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Work experience with PLC control systems, Siemens, B&R or similar.
• More than 1 year of hands-on related experience in medical or pharmaceutical equipment, installation and maintenance.
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Hold a national passport and to be able to apply for a visa for international travel.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as and when required.
