Job Description

Key responsibilities
Conduct repair and calibration of Test & Measurement instruments within the specified turn around time
Work with and support Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) on handling the receipt, identification, verification and tagging of items needing service
Communicate with customer to deliver technical opinions and interpretations of products during troubleshooting where necessary
Support on-site calibration when required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and activities
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering is required
Fresh graduate with a keen interest in hand-on electronics troubleshooting and calibration are welcome to apply
Candidates with electronic troubleshooting and calibration would be an advantages
Basic knowledge of computer programming language C++
Able to multi-task, prioritize work in a fast pace environment with good time management skills
Possess problem solving mindset and skillset
Strong team player with "Just do it" attitude
Willing to go the extra miles
Familiar in using Microsoft Office
