Service Engineer
Job Description
-Support semiconductor machine after-sales service which include attending service call (24/7 standby), supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & installation.
-Support semiconductor machine after-sales service application /process
-Support other machinery equipment activities that are under Metrology team
-Support administrative work that is related to the servicing job (Such as assisting in preparing quotation, parts order etc)
-Support customer request and/or queries
-Giving technical training to customer
-Promote after sales item, solution business and matching project to customer
-Ability to work in clean room when required
