What you do
Youll provide after-sales service to corporate clients with proactive service solutions in Loan and Time Deposit. Key assignments include monitoring of loan and deposit maturity, contracting rates with customers and liaising with business partners to ensure transactions are processed timely.
In this role, you will be empowered to offer customers preferential rates and manage exceptions to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.
