What you do

You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide after-sales service to corporate clients with proactive service solutions in Loan and Time Deposit. Key assignments include monitoring of loan and deposit maturity, contracting rates with customers and liaising with business partners to ensure transactions are processed timely.

In this role, you will be empowered to offer customers preferential rates and manage exceptions to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Who you are

  • You possess a strong service-oriented mindset and the commitment to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ideally, you have experience working in a banking or financial contact centre or customer service environment, but candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates who are proficient in both English and Mandarin will have an added advantage
