To provide and assure regional service readiness for marine and industrial products by managing all enabling functions such as training, technical documentation and hotline, service tools and ZF\'s service network (own + partners). Direct management of service team in Singapore for Asean countries. Interface to all ZF BU\'s demanding service readiness for technical and structural aspects.
Working with Global Product Line Leads implement service solutions and support the monitoring of these solutions.
Implements standards and guidelines in alignment with BL functions for Industrial
Strategic concepts and processes to ensure service coverage for marine & I product, ZF/ Non-ZF products (for conventional services readiness)
Ensures service readiness (service partner network) to support marine & I Division working in conjunction with regional BL Leads.
Transfer of technical knowledge needed to provide regional service for ZF/ traditional Non-ZF products working with the Regional Business Line Leads.
Definition of strategic development and execution of Industrial\'s technical training and documentation as well as hotline and support functions for Div I products; definition of service concepts for new products in cooperation with technical service depts. of the Div I.
Develop and Enable ZF\'s service network to provide service for Division I products
Standardization and optimization of organizational procedures and performance audits for local/regional Service Organizations
Definition and implementation of KPI\'s for monitoring service readiness performance
Responsible for Technical Support & Warranty management, including Training support, Warranty Processes, Standards and Tools
Ensures that the campaigns are reimbursed at least to a cost neutral perspective for Business Line Industrial.
Direct management of service team in Singapore
