If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as our Service Quality Assurance Officer!What you will be working on:As the QSMO Officer for Service Quality Assurance in the public service, your mission is to uphold and elevate our service quality standards. You\'ll be at the forefront of setting benchmarks, conducting meticulous audits, and making sure our services consistently meet or surpass established quality criteria. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain service quality standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Oversee the daily operations of the QSMO, including managing the MP Appeal mailbox. - Skilfully triage and address issues related to inter-agency collaboration and communication. - Provide invaluable guidance and support to front-line officers, ensuring unwavering adherence to service quality standards. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of service delivery processes, making improvements where necessary. - Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to implement process enhancements that enrich service quality. - Keep a vigilant eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, aiming for continuous improvement. - Prepare insightful reports on service quality performance and highlight areas for growth. - Engage in Risk Management to ensure a resilient and high-quality service environment.What we are looking for:- Background in a related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 3 years of working experience. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or related fields is a plus.
