Job Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor and evaluate logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment, to assess the quality of services provided.
Analyse Key Performance indicators related ton on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover and other related metrics.
Review and audit shipping and delivery records to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer requirements.
Performance Metrics
Develop, implement and track logistics-specific performance metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Collaborate with Operations team to establish benchmarks and goals for process improvements.
Root Cause Analysis
Identify and analyse root causes of operational issues or service quality and develop strategies to address them.
Date Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyse and interpret data to generate regular reports on logistics performance, trends and service quality.
Provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
Ensure that logistics operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry-specific compliance guidelines with regards to Commercial and Postal business
