Then come in and join our Singapore team as Service Sales Specialist to be fully responsible in implementing a holistic Siemens Healthineers communication approach for the Singapore Zone. The role reports directly to the Customer Service Business Support Manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for leading negotiations with Customers for all non-contractual Time and Material business including understanding requirements, preparing quotations, and ensuring the quote is sent out timely and purchase order followed up closely.
  • You will be responsible for leading Education/ IT and Digital including E-Commerce and other business opportunities for Customer Service, working with management and internal stakeholders on the Go to Market Plan.
  • You will be responsible to capture option selling opportunities for the installed base.
  • You will lead the Tender process for Customer Service which include reviewing the tender documents, understanding all service-related requirements and to ensure documents are filled up accurately with deviations if required.
  • You will be responsible to ensure the smooth deployment of the Customer Surveys including promoting it and producing trend analysis for management.
  • You will be responsible for the Customer Service CRM platform including first level support for CS users, price list setup and maintenance and proposal template setup and maintenance.
  • You will be supporting with KPI tracking for Service Business Partners.
  • You will be supporting all Customer Service Marketing activities/campaigns/Projects including customer presentations to promote Service Options/Programs as well as working on collaterals to support the service business.
  • You will work closely with colleagues from the Regional Headquarter to identify customers for new initiatives, service programs, pilots to grow the service business, including leading the customer interaction and go to market strategies.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage however not required.
  • You demonstrate the ability to develop deep customer relationships and credibility, to gain insights into customer requirements.
  • You have experience in developing, proposing, and negotiating effective business agreements, including sales agreements and contracts.
  • You demonstrate systematic problem solving by working with customers and the sales team.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM platforms and ideally SAP.
  • You have experience handling projects, big and small.
  • You possess basic IT skills to drive automation in the Customer Service Business processes.

  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
