Service Technician [ Home Appliance ]

Job Description
- Salary: $2200 - $2900
- Monday - Friday l Alternative Half Day Saturday
- 8:45am - 5:30pm / 9am - 1pm
- Location: Upper Thomson - Near Thomson Nature Park
- Provides responsible service, repair and installation services to our customers in a professional manner
- Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain product in optimum operating condition
- Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
- Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions
- Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients
- Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or management
- Manage KDK quality claims
- Achieve department KPI
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience in Electrical / Refrigeration trouble shooting is advantageous.
