Job Summary:

We are looking for a

ServiceNow Developer

to join our IT team and support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building solutions within the ServiceNow platform and will play a key role in automating IT service management (ITSM) and other business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Design and implement solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as needed. Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and integrations. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to development and security best practices within the ServiceNow platform. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing. Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.). Maintain documentation related to application development, system configurations, and customizations. Support platform upgrades and new feature rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years

of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development frameworks. Experience with at least one core module:

ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM

. Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models. Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and integration tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team in an agile environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Required or in progress. Additional certifications such as:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD Implementation Specialist
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira. Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization. * Experience with performance tuning and ServiceNow instance health monitoring.
