Experience with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, knowledge management applications, and Service Portal. Experience in developing and managing scripts, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, and related ServiceNow components. Experience in ServiceNow integrations, application development, custom workflows, and end-to-end implementation of platform solutions. Working experience in integrating ServiceNow with tools such as other ServiceNow instances, Okta, JIRA, AWS, SolarWinds, Nexthink, VMWare Workspace One, etc. Experience with ServiceNow OOTB APIs, ServiceNow best practices.

Primary Skills



Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical fields (or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience with a minimum of 5 years in designing and developing business processes on the ServiceNow Platform Responsible for creating users and required accounts. Must have experience in the media domain. ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change) using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies. Working on Workflows Automations for timely management request items and tasks generation and completion. Define, implement and manage SLAs. Createing custom reports and dashboards to provide a glance of system performance and import KPIs Working Exp of ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration. * Hands on Experience on ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM).
