Responsibilities & Duties Responsible for liaising with insurance companies for premium payments and recovery of claims Responsible for settling accounts when members resign/retire/pass away, including dealing with lawyers, nominees and beneficiaries. Responsible for delinquent loans and collection of delinquent loans, including dealing with debt collection agencies, lawyers and official assigneesRequirements: Min Diploma holder from a recognised institution in a finance-related field At least 5 years of relevant experience Experience in human resource will be an advantage Good interpersonal and writing skills Must be able to cope with deadlines
