Job Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent
Must have 2 years of IT working experience with specialization in IT End User Support / Desktop Management Environment
Must have experience in IT Compliance, in updating, creating SOPs and managing IT Audit documentations.
Must have In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and Windows Desktop Applications.
Experience and good knowledge in Level 1 and Level 2 support of LAN, WAN, Email,
Unified communications, Tele and Data communications and Networks
Must have Knowledge of computer hardware including desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and servers
Must have good experience in AD and O365 administration
Higher diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent
