Responsibilities

Manage cage operations, chip bank, collection & count functions;
Manage staff and review internal processes for productivity and effectiveness;
Maintain and enforce strong security measures in all Casino Cashiering functions to prevent fraud and other form of malpractice;
Ensure delivery of high level of customer service and foster an environment of continuous improvement; and
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirement

Minimum of 5 years Cage supervisory experience required
Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule
Extensive knowledge of gaming regulations pertaining to casino operations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
