Job Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system.
• Co-ordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team.
• To perform pre-shipment ship to address/end user screening in accordance to ITC.
• Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc)
• Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders)
• Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment.
• Local and overseas Invoice dispatch to customers
• Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis
• To coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline
• To coordinate closely with Finance Team on GST guidelines for rejection whenever there is IRAS changes/ misalignment
• Ability to complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC holder in Logistics Management or any related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializing in Logistics or Supply Chain function or equivalent.
• Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure
• Customer Service oriented
• Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
