Directly responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system.
Co-ordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team.
To perform pre-shipment ship to address/end user screening in accordance to ITC.
Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc)
Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders)
Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment.
Local and overseas Invoice dispatch to customers
Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis
To coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline
To coordinate closely with Finance Team on GST guidelines for rejection whenever there is IRAS changes/ misalignment
Ability to complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager
Job Requirements:
Diploma/NITEC holder in Logistics Management or any related field
2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializing in Logistics or Supply Chain function or equivalent.
Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Customer Service oriented
Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
