Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard \xe2\x80\x93 your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!What you will do:Shipment/deliveries of all orders from Johnson Controls and Johnson Controls - JV factories, suppliers and subcontractorsGenerate shipping doc and billing doc timely and accuratelyEnsure revenue planned by business unit is achieved with close monitoring of the shipments & billing on timeHow you will do it:Arrange delivery / shipment as soon as orders are ready and meet customer wanted delivery date / requirement and also to meet L/C shipment deadlineMonitor and generate accurate billings of all billable deliveries.Arrange inbound shipment to Singapore warehouseAdvise internal/external customers at timely basis pertaining to the delivery schedule. Maintain shipment tracking file \xe2\x80\x93 to update shipment status on regular basis.Liaise closely with vendors and freight forwarders to arrange cost effective shipmentGenerate Delivery Note to warehouse and coordinate Self collection with customer from Singapore warehouseL/C negotiationCommunicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all timesPerform any other duties from time to time, whether ad hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superiorWhat we look for:Minimum professional certificates in relevant discipline with sound knowledge in all aspects of logistic/shipment and or Diploma in the necessary disciplinePreferably with at least 5-8 years experience in handling shipping/logistic and sound knowledge on export shipments/ import shipments / IncotermsGood communication, analytical, organizing skillsMust be a proactive team playerUnderstanding of ERP systems and processes - SAP knowledge is a mustAble to prepare Shipping Documentations independentlyIncoterms knowledge preferred.
