Job Description

- Position Title: Shipping Coordinator/ Shipping Officer
- Working Location: Penjuru Lane
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Saturday (0.5 days)
- Salary: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Responsible for handling ocean import and export shipping operations.
- Liaise with vendors/clients/oversea agents to coordinate shipment.
- Prepare the full set of import and export documents (B/L, Invoice & Packing List, COO, Insurance, etc).
- Prepare job closing and invoicing to clients.
- Perform Customs Permits Declaration for transhipment/import/export shipments.
- Handle clients' enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Input outgoing & incoming payment records into the in-house logistics software system.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Management.
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry.
- Knowledgeable in International Trade & Incoterms and Customs Permit Declaration.
- Candidates with a permit declarant license (Customs Competency Test for Declarant Certificate) is an advantage.
