Our client is a well established, Malaysian listed manufacturing company in the plastic packaging business. Their procurement operations in Singapore (at Raffles Place) is currently looking for a SHIPPING COORDINATOR Salary offered: up to $3500 Work location: Raffles Place Work days : 5 days week, 9.00am - 5.30pm Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefitsJob Responsibilities . Process orders, documentation, shipping co-ordination, invoicing/billing and document checking and filing . Updating all the information of shipments in a master file from information received via emails . Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, suppliers to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries and shipment fulfillment . Scanning of documents to Finance department in HQ . Generating of regular reports . Issue Debit/Credit notes . Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements . Diploma in Shipping/Logistics Management . At least 3 years of working experience in the related field . Experience in land/marine shipments, customs clearance process & shipping documents . Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint applications . Knowledge of Auto Count Accounting system will be an added advantage . Able to handle and process large data efficiently and accurately . Possess initiative and meticulous in work .
