Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
- Position Title: Shipping Executive/ Shipping Officer
- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + OT + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO, etc.
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation is processed in time and complies with customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
- Ensure all inbound clearance is cleared in time.
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices, customers and shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transactions in shipments.
- Apply for SFA license.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- At least Nitec and above.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
