Responsibilities * Responsible for designing the loyalty program benefits, managing membership review and continuously enhancing the loyalty program to drive retention and boost acquisition * Co Responsibilities Responsible for designing the loyalty program benefits, managing membership review and continuously enhancing the loyalty program to drive retention and boost acquisition Constantly evaluate loyalty program performance and optimize member acquisition, engagement and retention Develop and manage the loyalty program calendar and drive the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Assess campaign effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analyzing results Partnership management ' seek out potential new partners and maintain relationship with existing partners to drive acquisition and boost retention Keep up to date of the latest market trends/competitor analysis and continuously innovate loyalty program offerings Conceptualise events to drive retention and boost acquisition. Manage pre-event planning, events execution and post-event evaluation to ensure efficient and effective event management Ensure all policies and procedures of approved Casino events are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and vendor liaison Requirement Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Pays attention to details and possess good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timeline is met Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays to support and ensure all marketing campaigns are rolled out Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Able to multi-task and adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment Experience in loyalty program, events planning and/or premium lifestyle will be advantageous
