Responsibilities: * To perform bed reservation duties for patients who require admission which includes bed search and assignment according to department protocol and policy. * To monitor and ma Responsibilities: To perform bed reservation duties for patients who require admission which includes bed search and assignment according to department protocol and policy. To monitor and manage the bed waiting time for patients in order to meet the department's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) . To generate daily report and information for dissemination to the relevant stakeholders. Requirements: GCE 'N' to 'A' Level qualification, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma equivalent Minimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare Must be able to perform 3 rotating shift (including weekends and Public Holidays) A team player with excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Must be fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccination Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
