Position Summary

The Social Lead (AWS) role is a true leadership position within Reprise / Rufus. The role and will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing what excellence looks like in social media strategy, planning and activation across APJ, in addition to leading and managing a large social team (14+) based in Singapore, India, Japan and Korea.

The paid social team (AWS) will be responsible for approximately $15M media budget and will be part of a wider Rufus team, delivering excellence to the wider Amazon business - including AWS and Prime Video. Amazon is the largest client globally for Mediabrands - and therefore this role will be part of a global organisation - with on-going global engagement.

The role will be client facing, engaging with the most senior clients at AWS, and an integral part of our global organisation, partnering closely with Social Leads from EMEA, NAMER and LATAM to ensure consistency in approach and performance across the AWS global business.

You will be supported by a high performing team of social planners, a large activation team, and be an integral part of the wider AWS client leadership, media planning and direct digital team.

This role will allow you to be a strong voice and advocate for performance marketing in client and internal agency meetings. Proactively offering strategic advice and thought leadership, right down to tactical guidance and best practice advice.

Although your craft background will be established in digital and paid performance, you will work alongside fellow senior team members to identify and collaborate on non-media opportunities. Including, SEO, analytics, CRO and creative.

BUSINESS

\xc2\xb7 Strong commercial acumen - experience managing client finances.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with fellow senior team members to discover new client opportunities across Reprise growing craft services

\xc2\xb7 Build successful and productive relationships with our platform partners. Including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok

\xc2\xb7 Billings & budget forecast management

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all elements of agreed scopes of work are delivered

PERFORMANCE

\xc2\xb7 Utilize your background in performance media to recommend new opportunities to improve client results and solve client challenges

\xc2\xb7 Work with your team to review results and uncover advanced analysis to drive results forward

\xc2\xb7 Accountable for maintaining digital hygiene factors across your line of business

\xc2\xb7 Accountable across all Paid Social APJ teams - SG, IN, KR and JP

\xc2\xb7 Deliver new innovation to your client through betas and test and learn opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Link client business challenges to a performance focused strategy and ultimately to tactical implementation

\xc2\xb7 Keep up to date on all client activity running across Paid Social and other channels

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and enable high performance across agency standards, product adoption and innovation expectations

\xc2\xb7 Champion and represent the vision for Reprise performance product, motivating the paid team to contribute and exceed expectations\xe2\x80\x8b

CLIENT

\xc2\xb7 Lead the senior client relationship and associated agency relationship for paid social

\xc2\xb7 Active agency engagement and integration with Group Digital Leads

\xc2\xb7 Own paid performance thought leadership and actively contribute to wider digital strategies with both the client and agency stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Lead performance focus meetings. Including- annuals reviews, QBRs and large project based meetings

\xc2\xb7 Proactive in presenting data opportunities, new solutions and or potential tests with vendors

\xc2\xb7 Close management over all major client deliverables and KPIs

\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in agency partner strategy & planning

\xc2\xb7 Key owner of test and learn frameworks along with measurement

PEOPLE

\xc2\xb7 Provide strong leadership across of a team of highly skilled performance experts - both in Singapore and overseas

\xc2\xb7 Create a structure of total visibility, consistency and sharing across the different APJ teams

\xc2\xb7 Lead and create plans to grow personal and professional development across your teams

\xc2\xb7 Working closely with our agency counterparts to develop a strong working relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Role model and leadership figure across the APJ region

\xc2\xb7 Ensure a professional, supportive and inclusive working environment for your teams

\xc2\xb7 Manage and encourage further education and certification of team members

\xc2\xb7 Building and maintain strong relationships with key media agency partners to ensure paid media activity aligns with offline activity

PRODUCT

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the performance product roadmap, to remain at the forefront of digital, product and technology innovation

\xc2\xb7 Identify and own initiatives to develop the performance offering \xe2\x80\x8bat a regional level

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to defining and deploying expectations and processes to consistently achieve performance excellence for all clients

\xc2\xb7 Work with the Heads of Performance Media and Product to build & nurture strong relationships with agency leaders, media and tech partners

\xc2\xb7 Participate on the creation of the agency training & development program to improve performance knowledge, capability and delivery for all stakeholders at a national level

\xc2\xb7 Participate in building our reputation as the innovative and best-in-class performance agency

\xc2\xb7 Build and encourage a positive and respectful partnerships with all media partners
