Job Description

Your mission

• You are a person who is fired up to be a key driver in a growing company that is on its way to change an industry
• You resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
• You support complex Network Scenarios and troubleshoot OpenVPN and IPSec issues
• You build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and due diligence studies
• You work closely with the field sales team and support in Go-To-Market activities, such as providing support to our partner SoftBank from technical perspective
• You contribute to Marketing events such as industry/trade event participation and presentations
• You take responsibility for the knowledge transfer from Product to Sales, including support in localization of 1NCE product and technical content to Singapore customers

Your skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory for this position. Additional language skills are preferred (especially Chinese, Korean, Hindi)
• You have a minimum of 5+ years of related technical sales experience and deep experience in enterprise applications solutions, developing value propositions
• Due to your technical background, you can craft a technical message with business relevance to a nontechnical audience as well as a technical audience
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task; work under pressure with geographically distributed teams
• You are proficient in presentations, written and verbal communication with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• AWS VPC & Services knowledge and a telecommunication background strongly preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely, and willing to travel as required
