POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for a S&OP Excellence, Senior Analyst who possesses the data analytical, SCM Excellence and data analytical skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. THE ROLE

This role is responsible for executing develop and deploy S&OP data management and reporting landscape strategies and actions plans to improve SNOP data accuracy to drive productivity and efficiency together with Regional functional leaders (EA&I, S&OP) to achieve overall organization\'s objectives. In addition, this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.

The role shall carry out tactical activities to improve data reporting accuracy, project improvement & etc to achieve S&OP KPIs .In addition, it is to support key tasks, including S&OP data analytical, reports automation, process and dashboard standardization throughout EA&I region & etc\xef\xbf\xbdaligned with Regional vision and aspirations.

The S&OP Excellence, Senior Analyst\'s specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

Maximum 3 pointers per accountability

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

  • Data Analytical & Reporting - Create business reports to provide insight into key data points.
  • Develop automation on data collection and report tabulation, enhance exiting reporting process.
  • S&OP Excellence - Drive report standardization to produce consistent information and single source of truth.
Accountability #2: Process / Performance
  • Develop DNS Reports
  • Define data collection methods and analysis processes, publish weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI dashboard or S&OP trackers/ reports.
  • Institute S&OP KPI Dashboard and develop S&OP SharePoint intranet
Accountability #3: People
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to drive KPI calculation methods and targets to govern standard way of work
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to understand pain point/ issue to propose and implement changes to improve S&OP day to day works.
  • Align requirement with IT to develop system reports to improve S&OP productivity and efficiency

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent reports to EA&I S&OP Director & operate in individual contributor capacity.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

This person must have at least 10 years hands on experience in develop automation on data collection, reports tabulation, macro automation and system engine Oracle/ SAP in the assigned countries or region.
  • Minimum 10 years, proven track record in developing automated reports, KPI Dashboard, SharePoint intranet & etc. for in manufacturing supply chain/planning/ inventory and have worked very closely with cross-functional team and commercial organization.
  • Bachelor\'s degree is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge in Oracle/SAP or ERP application is an added advantage.
  • Tools, software Visio/ MSOffice, Macro and other technical application experience to help facilitate the job function.
