??We are looking for passionate and positive team members to join our kitchen crew! ??Our team is friendly, driven and close-knitted like family!Job Responsibilities
- Create and prepare all dishes or items required by the business
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Improve current recipes or RND ideas together with the team
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Oversee a team of junior team members and other staff members as necessary
- Maintain up to date knowledge about culinary trends, traditions, and ingredients
- Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace
- Proven experience working as a kitchen crew in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead
- Diligent and meticulous in making and receiving orders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Punctual and discipline to ensure the optimal work performance
- Min 48 hours a week
- 6 days work week
- Salary Range $2200 - $3500 (Based on experience~)
- Incentives/Bonus: Up to $500 monthly
- Meals and Aprons provided
- Punctuality Bonus and Attendance bonus
- Individual Performance Bonus (Upon hitting monthly targets)
- Annual Bonus ( Upon hitting the annual target)
