We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef - Pastry who will oversee the pastry kitchen operations and ensure that all desserts and pastries are prepared consistently and according to standards.
In this role, you will also be responsible in monitoring food & operating costs, managing and reducing wastage, as well as handling guests’ concerns.
