Job Description


Responsibility:

  • Food preparation
  • Ensuring quality and safety of all food served in kitchen
  • Leading and guide new team members
  • Always keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized and sufficient
  • Assist for inventory management
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Certificate in Culinary
  • Team player
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at Omakase-style restaurant
  • Able to commit and work split shift
