Main Street Commissary is a specialty coffee and salad bar in the heart of Little India at 81 Rowell Road from the founders of creative agency PROTOCOL.

We serve unpretentious but delicious all-day breakfast, lunch, salads, pastries, sandwiches and specialty coffee.
  • Creative work in the form of creating new and delicious food items and recipes.
  • Assist in kitchen operations and ensuring everything is working like clockwork
  • Preparing of food ingredients ensuring freshness and hygiene
  • Set-up the workstation with all the required ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • The food needs to look amazing. Assist in cooking and presentation of high quality dishes.
  • Stock and inventory management so if stuff runs out we\'ve got it covered.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area.
  • Following waste management guidelines.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Experience with brunch menu items, pastries, desserts.
  • Candidates must have a passion in cooking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
  • Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
