- Planning and directing food preparation
- Serving customers
- Managing & maintaining food costing
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff\xe2\x80\x99s performance
- Assists head chef with menu creation
- Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Japanese dining
- Min 5 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge
- Restaurant Industry Knowledge
- Strong Organizational Skills
