Job Overview The Sous Chef is a highly skilled professional cook who oversees the BOH operations of our dining cafe. He will work closely with his team and is responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen, from conception to execution. He is creative and is willing to experiment with new and seasonal menu options. He is an ambitious, passionate and driven individual and will lead a team to ensure that our food maintains the highest quality. He has good communication skills and has in-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
