Job Description


This role is a critical part of our small yet dynamic kitchen crew.

:

  • Responsible for food preparation and cooking whilst ensuring the highest possible quality and standards are maintained
  • Responsible for ordering & receiving food products from supplies, and controlling stocks & storage
  • Involve in new food menu development and establish selling price
  • Monitor and control food costs
  • Ensure proper sanitation of kitchen
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed to ensure smooth operations of kitchen and restaurant
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field, particularly in a western/fusion restaurant environment
  • Must be hands-on, enthusiastic, resilient and a positive attitude
  • Possess pleasant personality traits, good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Most importantly must be a strong team player
