Managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating inventory and logistics activities, and ensuring data integrity in the systems used by the CS&L functions
Managing relationships with various suppliers, such as Customs Clearance LSP, Repacker, and Freight forwarders
Supporting stock-at-risk identification and physical destruction of products following write-off
Performing inventory reconciliation between different systems
Acting as the primary contact for inventory allocation and communication of availability dates.
Coordinating and executing re-packing activities within the market
Reporting end customer service level performance and cost effectiveness through KPI\'s
Ensuring the integrity of Material Master and Customer data in the systems used within the CS&L functions, including set-ups for new product introduction
Requirements:
Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service operations, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
Extensive experience in managing 3PL and performing contract negotiations
Experience in operating a customer-facing team to provide excellent level of Customer Service
Experience in managing the in-country warehousing & distribution
